Ballarat Community Health provides a comprehensive continuum of health services and social support to enable the best possible health and wellbeing of the communities we serve. This service plan and model will guide service development for BCH until 2023.
The BCH catchment has a population of about 170,000 people. We provide services to people in the Ballarat, Golden Plains, Moorabool, Hepburn and Pyrenees local government areas and to the Grampians region more generally.
We have sites at Lucas, Sebastopol, Cooinda and Smythesdale. Services include general practice, sexual health and their clinics, healthy lifestyle programs, allied health, mental health, youth services, pharmacotherapy, and alcohol and other drug services.
