A group session designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of exercises.
Our instructors will help you get fitter and healthier using a mix of interval and strength training. No two sessions will be the same – we mix it up to ensure you have variety and fun whilst receiving encouragement from the group to keep you motivated to reach your fitness goals. Sessions are delivered mostly outside.
