A combination of strengthening exercises including mat work, free weights and gym equipment to increase your core and overall strength.
Our core & strength program is a 30-minute high intensity mixed strength and cardio class that varies each week. Participants work at their own level, using kettle bells, dumbbells, battle ropes and more.
