A fun, friendly way to exercise, for anyone who loves to move and dance!
These classes are a great way to move your body, have some fun and learn a new skill.
This program incorporates different styles of choreographed dances, including Belly dancing, Latin, Indian, Blues, Country, Rock and Roll. All you need to do is follow the instructor and have fun!
