Dance fitness takes modern dance styles and modifies the moves to a pace that suits the needs of active older people, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. You will be exercising to a soundtrack of Latin music, salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton, following exhilarating, yet easy-to-follow moves; and invigorating, party-like atmosphere.
