Senior fitness group
The senior fitness group is a 60-minute Heart Foundation-approved aerobic workout, led by an exercise physiologist, designed specifically for adults over 50 years of age to improve cardiovascular health and fitness.
It includes a variety of aerobic activities such as aerobics, circuits and games, combined with floor and relaxation exercises.
To register for this program you must have been through the Ballarat Community Health intake process, which includes an assessment from a BCH exercise physiologist or physiotherapist, as well as filling out a pre-exercise screening tool form.
