COVID-19 vaccination bookings now open!

BCH is delivering the COVID-19 vaccination as part of Federal Government’s rollout of the COVID-19 vaccination program.

Bookings are now open for your COVID-19 vaccinations. You can book online using HotDoc or by telephone on 5338 4538. Due to a high volume of calls we recommend using our online system where possible. 

Ballarat Community Health is administering the Pfizer vaccine from July 12 2021. Young people aged 12 to 15 who are not in a priority group will be able to book a Pfizer vaccine from September 13 2021. People aged 12 to 15 who are in a priority group can book now.

IMPORTANT: We ask that you please do not turn up to our vaccination clinics without a booking. We are currently not accepting walk-ins and you will unfortunately be asked to leave and to call us on the number provided or book online. 

Following announcements from the Commonwealth the process for supporting vaccination with AstraZeneca for under 60 year olds has changed.  If you are under 60 years of age and wish to receive the AstraZeneca vaccine please download this consent form and take it to your usual GP to complete. Ask your GP to sign and date the form and then book an appointment with us. Please bring this form with you when you attend your appointment.

If you have received your first dose of AstraZeneca then we please ask you to complete your vaccination program and have the second dose
