Our fees are applied in correlation with this income information. Please refer to these tabs for fees applicable to you.
PLEASE NOTE: NO FEE applies for financially dependent children (0-18 years) of parents in the low-income category
Our fees are structured on a sliding scale and designed to support access for people on varying incomes. We are committed to ensuring that our services are affordable to people and that no one experiences financial hardship in paying our fees. You will not be denied services if you are not able to pay. You have the right to ask for your fee level to be changed because of your circumstances. If you have any concerns about fees, speak to our staff.

Medicare rebate can be claimed at payment of fees for eligible MBS consultations. Once a client has used the maximum number of visits or annual limit under the specific service, the full fee will be applicable and payable on the day of service for any further visits booked for that service.
