Ballarat Community Health offers a variety of convenient options for you to make your payments.

Online

Make an BPOINT payment using VISA or Mastercard.
* Your reference number is your invoice number.

Bank transfer

Log into your online account or bank app to make an electronic bank transfer using the BSB and account numbers provided on your invoice.
* It is essential that you include your invoice number in the reference, otherwise we may not be able to identify that you have paid your invoice.

Pay over the phone

Please call 03 5338 9149 and quote your card details and someone will immediately process your details.

The reception staff at any of our sites can accept payment from you via credit/debit card, cheque or cash.
