We pride ourselves on being an inclusive organisation. Our commitment to the community is to create and sustain an environment where all children are welcomed, safe and protected.

We are dedicated to supporting the cultural safety of First Nations children.

As well as the cultural safety of children from a culturally and/or linguistically diverse backgrounds.

We are an inclusive environment for children with a disability, and children who identify as LGBTIQA.

We have embedded the legislated Victorian Child Safe Standards. These standards are met to make sure we work within all child safety laws. This means we are best able to support and protect children and young people.

All our staff are responsible for the care and protection of children and reporting information about child abuse. We ensure that our systems protect children. We take all allegations and concerns very seriously. We respond to them consistently in line with our policies and procedures.
