For carers of a person with a mental health condition or drug &/or alcohol challenges
Social Connection for YOU
Being a new carer can come with many challenges, including giving up your working and social life. This can be very isolating and difficult for people, especially if you used to have a very active social life. We recognise carers are sacrificing a lot to care for their loved one and may need some help re-engaging in their social life or finding new social connections. If you feel like you’ve lost social connection or would like to link in with people who are going through similar situations here are some links that may be helpful for you.
