Living Longer Living Stronger
The Living Longer Living Stronger program provides strength training specifically designed to meet the physical health and activity needs of people over the age of 50.
This program is a safe, supportive environment in which to explore your health and fitness, and also gives an opportunity to socialise over a cup of tea or coffee after each session. It includes initial and ongoing assessments so that your program can be tailored to your specific needs and abilities. Our program facilitators are fully qualified and committed allied health assistants.
To register for this program you must have been through the Ballarat Community Health intake process, which includes an assessment from a BCH exercise physiologist.
Classes are open to participants from 8:30am – 11:30am Mon-Fri at Lucas and Sebastopol as well as
2:00pm – 4:00pm on Thursday afternoon at Sebastopol. Participants may come at anytime within the hours offered. Please see the schedule on this page.
