Health Promotion Strategy

Having a strategy or plan to deliver health promotion services and activities is important to ensure we are responding to the health and wellbeing needs of our community.

We are also mandated by the Victorian Department of Health, like every Community Health service across the State, to develop a Health Promotion Plan.

The development of the our Community Health – Health Promotion Strategy will be shaped by evidence collected from across the health sector and the voices of our community members – just like you.
