Learning-Identity-Family-Transition (LIFT) Project
In 2018/2019 SFYS expanded on a successful pilot project to support Grade 6 to Year 7 transition in a local secondary school and their feeder primary schools.
The project included a comprehensive written report, the LIFT Framework for supporting schools with transition and an abridged version of the Student Transition And Resilience Training (START) resource.
