headspace Ballarat
headspace Ballarat supports young people aged 12-25 in Ballarat and surrounding areas.
headspace Ballarat is undergoing renovations to make it bigger and better than ever! For 12 weeks beginning July 2022 headspace will be seeing clients across Ballarat Community Health sites with the same staff and care that you know and love. Check out the video below to find out more!
headspace centres act as a one-stop-shop for young people who need help with mental health, physical health (including sexual health), alcohol and other drugs or work and study support. Our youth and support workers are empathetic, friendly, professional and non-judgemental—wherever you are in life, they will endeavour to support you to achieve optimal health and wellbeing. Check out the general headspace website or the headspace Ballarat page for more information.
headspace works with you to find out what kind of support you need, but generally provides services in the following areas:
- mental health
- sexual health
- work & study
- doctor (GP)
