Ballarat Community Health (BCH) has been working to improve the health and well-being of the people in the communities it serves for over 40 years. Working with individuals, families, and communities across Ballarat, its surrounds and beyond, BCH provides quality services to all with a priority of delivering to those most in need.
Our comprehensive and diverse range of services include general practice, allied health services, community programs, family support services, migrant and refugee services, alcohol and drug services, NDIS, and mental health services.
The BCH Board is seeking to recruit Directors who can bring expertise in:
- clinical governance or
- organisational development / change management / human resources
to the Board as it fulfils its strategic direction-setting, oversight and governance responsibilities.
As an agency we value collaboration, and seek a range of thinking styles, qualifications, skills and lived experience. We welcome expressions of interest from committed individuals with relevant skills and personal attributes and a desire to make a difference to the health and wellbeing of all people.

- contact details for at least two referees.
Note: to be eligible for election to the BCH Board individuals must be registered as BCH Voting Members prior to the closure of the electoral roll on 07/08/20, however this is not a pre-requisite for the EOI process.
