Head to Health
Head to Health is a free service for people who may be struggling and are in need of support.
When a person calls Head to Health on 1800 595 212, an experienced mental health professional will listen and work with them to find the best ways to get the help they need.
If you are struggling with stress or difficulties that may or may not be related to changes influenced by COVID-19, Head to Health is there to assist.
We have qualified mental health team members who can assist with where to go, what do I need, assist with social issues and or treatment for your or someone else’s mental health. We provide specialist clinical staff across all ages for short to medium term treatment.
No-cost policy
Advice and services provided by Head to Health hubs are provided free to all Victorians. Head to Health may however provide advice and refer people to support and/or services that require payment of a professional fee. These services are not included in the no-cost service provided by Head to Health.
