Withdrawal services
This program provides assessment for home-based or residential withdrawal from alcohol and other drugs for both adults and young people.
It includes the provision of medical support outside of a clinical setting (typically home-based, residential or in another facility), as well as referral and liaison with other services. Withdrawal support is available depending on client eligibility.
