Client Fee Schedule

About Our Fees

The fees below are a guide. We will discuss fees with you when we contact you to complete intake and make an appointment. Fees for our services are based on your individual or household income range (as per the Centrelink Income test).

Children (0-18 years) from low-income households receive fully subsidised service (no out of pocket fee).

Some of our services attract GST. Our Intake Team can provide you with more information if required.

We are committed to ensuring that our services are affordable. You will not be denied services if you are not able to pay. You have the right to ask for your fee level to be changed because of your circumstances.

BCH is a not-for-profit community health service. Our revenue is used to provide low-cost care and services for people who cannot afford to pay. Our fees help us provide affordable services to more people.

At BCH we understand that sometimes people face financial stress. If you are receiving services through Government subsidised programs and are having trouble paying your client contribution, we can help.

To discuss hardship support, please speak to a member of our team or call us on (03) 5338 4500

Please refer to the annual income range tab for the fee level applicable to you.
