Help seeking

I believe I have no trouble doing it, but there are a lot of men who have trouble going to a doctor. I find it very easy to go in there and say, I’ve got a problem, I’ve got this, got that. And I just read that you find that some blokes have a lot of trouble going to the doctor. You’re reading about these people, these older men who just have trouble going into a doctor and saying, look, I’ve got bad ears or bad eyes or something, and they find that they’re embarrassed about it! People have got to get used to the system, it’s not so bad, but there’s a lot of people out there who haven’t tried the system and they’re a bit worried about it. I think it’s all to their own detriment. But you’ve got to have a strong life, really get rid of that.
