The recovery journey for someone with severe and persistent mental illness can be long and difficult.
Grampians Partners in Recovery is improving access to services needed for individuals, carers and their families.
If you or someone you know has severe and persistent mental illness and:
- Is not engaging with services
- Has little or no support
- Is willing to engage with GPIR
- Is between 25 and 64 years of age and lives in the GPIR area
