BCH Health Promotion Plan 2025-2029

Ballarat Community Health (BCH) is one of 24 stand-alone community health services inVictoria. We deliver Community Health – Health Promotion (CH-HP) funded activities across the City of Ballarat and the northern region of the Golden Plains Shire. In addition, we collaborate with health organisations and other key stakeholders in the local government areas of Pyrenees, Moorabool and Hepburn to support initiatives that align with BCH’s health promotion priorities.

Early Years Service

  • Menu planning guidelines for long day care and menu assessments

    Ballarat Community Health engages and supports long day care services within the Ballarat region to complete a Menu Assessment and may assist in changes.

  • Smiles 4 Miles

    Smiles 4 Miles is an initiative of Oral Health Victoria  which aims to improve the oral health of children and their families in high-risk areas across Victoria.
